We are open 51 weeks of the year from 07.30-18.00 Monday to Friday.

Our daily rates listed below are prior to any funding being applied. Funding calculations are in the funded section of this page.

We charge a non-refundable registration fee of £75 to reserve your place. Once we receive this and your signed terms & conditions, the place is then secured for you.

We have an annual fee increase every April. The below fees are effective from April 2026.

Closure days

We are open all year round in order to meet the needs of our working families, closing for a week over the Christmas period each year. We consider the days we are closed when calculating our fees to make sure you pay the same each month throughout the year.

We provide funding for those who are eligible. You can access this in 2 ways. Either spread over the 51 weeks we are open, or for 38 weeks term time only (TTO)

What’s included within our daily rate (51 weeks):

Formula milk – up to the age of 1year.

Health & hygiene consumables – nappies, wipes, creams, suncream etc

Breakfast, lunch & a snack tea.

Funding EYF hours only (38 weeks) – subject to availability.

Government funding is not intended to cover the cost of meals, consumables or extracurricular activities. Therefore, a daily charge of £6 covers the cost of meals. Nappies, wipes, creams etc need to be provided by parents on a daily basis. If you are not in a financial position to cover this cost, then please speak with Lyndsey.

Please note - We can only claim for a maximum of 10 hours each day, so if your child only attends for 2 days a week, we can only claim 20 hours despite you being entitled to 30. You could increase your hours with us or use these 10 hours with another provider. As funding is only for 38 weeks of the year and we are open for 51 the charges will be implemented as follows:

 

38 weeks of 30 hours funding per week is 1140 hours.

We then spread these hours over the 51 weeks that nursery is open.

This equates to 22.35 hours per week/7.45 hours per day for 3 days.

As we are open 10.5 hours a day the remaining 2 hrs 45 minutes are charged at an hourly rate of £9.05. (£95 divided by 10.5) This will increase every April.

(2hrs & 45 mins = £9.05 + £9.05 + £6.78 = £24.88)

2 days per week.

7.45 hours x 2 x 51 divided by 12 = Free

£24.88 x 2 x 51 divided by 12 = £211.48 to pay each month.

3 days per week.

7.45 hours x 3 x 51 divided by 12 = free

£24.88 x 3 x 51 divided by 12 = £317.22 to pay per month

 

Anything over 3 days is charged at the full daily rate.

 4 days per week.

7.45 hours x 3 x 51 divided by 12 = free

£24.88 x 3 x 51 divided by 12 = £317.22

£95.00 x 51 divided by 12 = £403.75

£403.75 + £317.22 = £720.97 to pay each month

5 days per week.

7.45 hours x 3 x 51 divided by 12 = free

£24.88 x 3 x 51 divided by 12 = £317.22

£95.00 x 2 x 51 divided by 12 = £807.50

£807.50+ £317.22 = £1124.72 to pay each month.

 

Invoices are created monthly and you pay on the 1^st of each month in advance.
